I restarted the Couch to 5K program last week. I am on week 2 now.
It's nice to be getting back into running. I think I will need new
sneakers soon though. On Sunday, after finishing my C25K workout, I
kicked and punched Andy's punching bag. I actually really enjoyed
myself. Maybe I should get some gloves and do that more often, get some
kick-boxing action happening.
